Common Repairs

Starting at $35

Need a T.V. mounted, faucet replaced, or a new wall socket? These are some examples of common repairs that we are experts at handling. If it is broken, we are happy to come out and fix it. With basic jobs starting at $35, have your back without hurting your wallet.

Large Jobs

Starting at $150

Are you wanting that room repainted, that fence repaired after a large storm, or have a broken toilet that needs to be replaced? We are more than ready to take on your needs for larger jobs as well.

Project Management

$75

Specialty work and repairs are part of maintaining your home to the highest standard. Searching for specialty work is a large burden when life is already busy enough. We are here to help. By choosing University Handymen to manage your specialty repairs, we take all the burden off your shoulders.

Pricing Guide

  • The starting price for any visit to your property is $25. This is to cover the cost of fuel, equipment, and sending out a handyman.

  • Before we get to the jobsite you will receive a cost estimation for the job. This estimation includes the $25 base charge, materials, and expected labor. Our labor rate is $40 an hour and we will not upcharge for materials. Estimations that you receive are not price guarantees although we try to get very close with our estimations.

  • The Project Management service for jobs outside of the scope of our regular work will come at a one time fee of $75. This includes a repair diagnosis if necessary, booking to complete the job with our trade partners, and managing the project through its completion. We are not responsible for payment of our trade partners upon the completion of the job.

  • Due to the unique nature of every repair, we don’t have set prices and they may differ slightly in each scenario. Our goal is to offer fair and competitive pricing for our services.
